Job scheduling for inbound delivery &1 not possible (Schedule manually)

What causes this issue?

The scheduling of the background job to complete the inbound deliveries
has failed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

Schedule a background job (report /SCWM/R_PRDI_SET_DWM) with the
<DS:SIMG./SCWM/TCPDELAY>Time for Completion of Inbound Deliveries</>
defined in Customizing.
