What causes this issue?

The queue determination was started using the following data:
&V1&
The individual data was separated with the following character: &V2&
The data is listed in the following sequence:
Warehouse number
Activity area source
Activity area destination
Storage bin access type
Warehouse process type
Storage bin access type source
Storage bin access type destination
Activity
The following rules exist for the storage bin access type:
If the storage bin access type is transferred, only this is used to
determine the queue.
If the storage bin access type is not transferred, the following
applies:
If the storage bin access type source and not the storage bin access
type destination is transferred, the storage bin access type source is
used to determine the queue.
If the storage bin access type destination and not the storage bin
access type source is transferred, the storage bin access type
destination is used to determine the queue.
If the storage bin access type source and storage bin access type
destination are transferred, first the storage bin access type source is
used to determine the queue, and then the storage bin access type
destination. If doing this determines two different queues, the queue
with the lowest sequence number is used for the queue access sequence.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
