Queue determination number &2 with &3

What causes this issue?

You use the entries in table /SCWM/T346A to define which fields the
system uses for the queue determination.
The queue determination was performed using the following data:
Warehouse number &V1&
Sequence number &V2&
Access matrix &V3&
The individual fields are separated using the following character: &V4&
The fields are listed in the following sequence:
Activity area source
Activity area destination
Storage bin access type
Warehouse process type
Activity
The system considered all selected fields during the queue
determination.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
