Already effected releases cancelled

What causes this issue?

Data in the service entry sheet was changed after the latter had
already passed through one or more release points.
As a result, already effected releases were cancelled.
The entry sheet must now be checked once again by all the release
points defined in the applicable release strategy.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
