What causes this issue?

You do not have the required authorization for the administration of the
secure storage.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The secure storage is protected by the authorization object S_RZL_ADM.
For display and checking, activity 03 is checked, for changes, activity
01.
