Access control entries are incomplete

What causes this issue?

The application responsible for the entry has determined that the access
control information stored for the entry is not sufficient for the
application. It is therefore possible that the application can no longer
work correctly with the entry.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

In transaction <DS:TRAN.SECSTORE>SECSTORE</>, navigate to the
maintenance transaction responsible for the entry (if this is supported
by the entry), and recreate the entry there.
