Application "&1" passed a prefix with errors

What causes this issue?

Application "&V1&" reported to the check report that it expects an entry
with the prefix "&V2&" in the secure storage.
However, this prefix is reserved for application "&V3&".

System Response

The record cannot be processed.

How to fix this error?

There is an implementation defect for application "&V1&".
