Last change to file system is more recent than buffer time (&1 s <= &2 s)

What causes this issue?

The most recent update of the secure storage in the file system was
within the buffer refresh time of the secure storage in the database.

System Response

The function to delete keys that are no longer required is currently not
offered, although it appears from the current state of the data that
there is at least one key of this type.

How to fix this error?

Call this function again after the buffering time, and if the state of
the data at that time still permits the deletion of the entries that are
no longer required, you can perform the deletion.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
