Server "&1" is not "Active"

What causes this issue?

To make sure that all instances can see the new key, a remote query is
performed on all instances.
For this query to be complete, all instances must have the runtime
status "Active".
Server &V1& currently has a different status.

System Response

The procedure is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Check the status of the instances in transaction SM51.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
