Entry &1 cannot be read by function group SLDAP

What causes this issue?

Entry &V1& contains the password for the LDAP system user &V2&.
However, the function group that must read this password (function group
SLDAP) is not authorized to do so.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the entry from the secure storage by choosing <LS>Delete
Inconsistent Entries</>.
Then create the password for the LDAP system user &V2& again using the
maintenance view LDAPUSER.
