Entry &1 in client &2 does not have an access control entry

What causes this issue?

There is no entry in the access control for entry &V1& in client &V2&.
This situation can currently only occur, if the table for access control
data (RSECACTB) was deleted outside the control of the secure storage.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
