What causes this issue?

No identification for the hazard-inducing substance is entered for
product &V1& for mode-of-transport category &V2& in validity area &V3&
in the dangerous goods master, although the <ZH>UN Collective
Number</> indicator is set.
This could be due to the following, for example:
No hazard-inducing substance was assigned to the dangerous goods master
record.
A Customizing entry was deleted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Edit the hazard-inducing substance in the corresponding data record
in the dangerous goods master.
