&1 of &2 personnel numbers need a business partner with Employment role

What causes this issue?

Some of the selected personnel numbers have no business partner instance
with the role "Employment".

System Response

The personnel numbers without a business partner instance with the role
"Employment" were not processed.

How to fix this error?

Use the transaction <LB>SLG1</>, enter the object <LB>SHCM_EE_BP_ROLES
</>and the sub-object <LB>ROLE_HANDLE</><(>,<)> and understand which
personnel numbers require a business partner instance with the role
"Employment". Afterwards, execute the synchronization report
<LS>/SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE </>to assign the role "Employment" to
the according personnel numbers.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
