What causes this issue?

The report RPRAPA00 and the transaction PRAA which create or change a
vendor for an employee are obsolete.
For every employee automatically a business partner will be created
which also has the role vendor.


System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.



How to fix this error?

Updating and creating vendors for employees will be done within the HR
synchronization report. Please use the customizing view PTRV_VENDOR_SYNC
(transaction BUPASYNC) the perform the relevant customizing per company
code. This new customizing replaces the selection screen of PRAA.
