What causes this issue?

No predecessor is specified in the View cluster object structure for
the object &V1&.

The View cluster was not activated.

How to fix this error?

Enter the name of the object which is directly above the current object
in the View cluster object hierarchy as predecessor.
If the object has no predecessor because it is a header entry, specify
the object as its own predecessor.
