No time zone found

What causes this issue?

A time zone is to be determined by the system. However, no time zones
were found in any of the relevant tables.

System Response

Conversion is not possible.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the relevant tables. These are as follows (in order of
access):
- TTZ5S Default time zone per region
- TTZ5 Default time zone per country
- TTZCU Default time zone per client (maintenance via report)
