What causes this issue?

You are about to change the contents of a table that is maintained by
the customer (see displayed table category).

System Response

The system sends you a warning to inform you that your changes will not
be passed onto the customer when an update is performed. Reason: the
entries updated by SAP will be imported into client 000, but not into
the customer client(s).
