What causes this issue?

Request/task &V1& is currently being edited by user &V2& and is
therefore locked temporarily (editing lock).

System Response

&V1& cannot be edited. The function was canceled.

How to fix this error?

Contact user &V2&. Once the temporary lock on request &V1& has been
removed, you can repeat the function.

Restrict the display by specifying user &V2&.
