User & is not authorized to make changes in the object list editor

What causes this issue?

User &V1& is not authorized to edit the object list of requests or
tasks of the selected type.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Project managers (authorization S_CTS_PROJEC) can edit all request
types within the Change and Transport System.
As a developer (authorization S_CTS_DEVELO), you can only edit tasks
(corrections and repairs) or object lists.
