Lifecycle management processes are locked by process &1 (LM tool &2)

What causes this issue?

The import of an OCS queue is Lifecycle Management process, which
changes the whole system. In order to ensure a consistent import, no
other concurrent Lifecycle Management processes are allowed.
The system found, that the LM process &V1& (controlled by LM tool &V2&)
is currently active.

System Response

Saving and importing the queue will be rejected.

How to fix this error?

Complete the LM process &V1& or reset it. If you are unsure contact the
system administration.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
