What causes this issue?

The software component &V1& (technical name) now has the status
<LS>&V3&</>. Previously it had the status <LS>&V2&</>.
Possible settings are:
<LS>Modifiable</>
You can modify objects in this software component if the corresponding
namespace is modifiable.
<LS>Restricted modifiability</>
You can modify objects in this software component if the namespace of
these objects is modifiable. However, you can create the objects as
non-originals only.
<LS>Not modifiable</>
You cannot modify objects in this software component.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
