Repairs cannot be unlocked

What causes this issue?

Request/repair &V1& still contains locked repaired objects. For
consistency reasons, these objects cannot be unlocked.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

You can only delete the locked repaired objects individually from the
repair.
In the editor of the Transport Organizer (Transaction SE09), choose the
function <LS>Delete line</> and delete the relevant entry.
