What causes this issue?

Base reference not part of selection.
You tried to navigate to a text-defining base entity in /UI2/FLT.

not found and thus cannot be highlighted.
Potentially it is not part of the current selection or filter.

How to fix this error?

Run the report again, enlarging the selection to contain the referenced
catalog.
