Some ICF nodes required to operate SAPUI5 apps are missing or inactive

What causes this issue?

Some nodes of the Internet Communication Framework (ICF) which are
required to operate the SAPUI5 apps of the SAP NetWeaver back-end system
are missing or inactive.

System Response

It's not possible to run the apps in question.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Use transaction /SICF to analyze the service path /sap/bc/ui5_ui5, and
create or activate the missing or inactive ICF nodes.
