Data model &1, ent.type &2: Structure cannot be generated

What causes this issue?

The system can only generate hierarchy attribute structures for
hierarchy bearing entity types.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the corresponding row.
