Order type '&3' has not been defined in &1

What causes this issue?

<DS>&V1&</> has been converted by the system into <DS>&V2&</>,
according to the settings in Customizing. However sales document type
&V3& is not permitted in <DS>&V2&</>.

How to fix this error?

Check your entries. If you haven't made any errors, check Customizing:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

<DS:TRAN.OVAO>Combine sales organizations</>
<DS:TRAN.OVAM>Combine distribution channels</>
<DS:TRAN.OVAN>Combine divisions</>
<DS:TRAN.OVAZ>Assign permitted order types to the sales areas</>
Once you have made the necessary changes to Customizing, start the
'Create sales document' transaction again.
