What causes this issue?

You want to edit a sales document.

System Response

There are still open work items for the sales document because the
master contract was changed, leading to the start of a work flow.

How to fix this error?

The document cannot be edited until user &V2& has processed the open
work items.
If there are any problems, you can also refer to the workflow or system
administrator. Use work item ID &V3&.
