Material &1 does not exist in plant &2. New plant: &3

What causes this issue?

There is no plant data for material &V1& in plant &V2&.
The system has determined plant &V3& as an alternative plant.

How to fix this error?

Check whether:
You have entered the right plant
You still need to create a material in this plant
You need to enter the tax indicator for the country of the plant in the
material master
You can also enter the item without a plant. However, it is then
incomplete and blocked for follow-up processing.
