specified which shipments you want to archive.

System Response

The system is waiting for you to enter the individual values in the
selection screen (in the 'archive without checks' area, in the
'shipment number' field and not above in the selection screen).

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
