Only use 'archiving w/o check' if absolutely necessary

You use this option to activate archiving without checks.
This means that the archiving run is carried out without checks for
the suitability for archiving (e.g. residence time, overall status,
status of dependent objects, etc.).
CAUTION: This option should only be used as a last resort when you
have no other way of archiving the document in the normal way.
This method can cause you to archive shipments that are still being
processed !
