What causes this issue?

The background job for goods issue posting of deliveries in a transfer
could not be executed.

System Response

The function module "JOB_CLOSE" was cancelled. The possible return
values are:
INVALID_STARTDATE = 1
JOBNAME_MISSING = 2
JOB_CLOSE_FAILED = 3
JOB_NOSTEPS = 4
JOB_NOTEX = 5
LOCK_FAILED = 6
OTHERS = 99

How to fix this error?

The goods issue for the deliveries in the transfer is not posted. Post
the goods issue using delivery processing.
