Shipment cost item cat. det. not maintained for shipment cost type &1

What causes this issue?

Determination of the shipment cost item categories is not maintained
for shipment cost type &V1&. For this reason, no shipment cost items
could be created manually or by the system for this shipment cost type.

How to fix this error?

You can define determination of the shipment cost item categories in
the shipment cost configuration menu (<DS:TRAN.T_56>Execute
function</>)
