What causes this issue?

You are trying to edit a scenario in the Workflow Builder. Scenarios are
special workflows that can only be edited in the scenario editor
(SWDD_SCENARIO). Here they can only be displayed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please open the scenario in transaction SWDD_SCENARIO.
