Exclusion module cannot be local module

What causes this issue?

You cannot create exclusion modules as local modules.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create an exclusion module globally and assign it to the
relevant assortment owner.
