Characteristic value grouping not released for this material group

What causes this issue?

You created a characteristic value group for this characteristic. You
defined at characteristic level that this characteristic value group can
only be used for certain material groups. The current material group is
not contained in the list of material groups that can use this
characteristic value group.

System Response

The system cannot display the characteristic value group for this
material group.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the characteristic value group for this
characteristic, you will have to add the current material group to the
list of material groups in the characteristic value group.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
