No data exists

What causes this issue?

No data was found for the selection criteria you entered.
If you want to display data, the system reads the time-dependent data
that has already been processed and that matches your selection
criteria.
If you want to change data, the system displays the time-dependent data
that has already been processed, plus the data records that were
generated for promotions and that can be processed for the alternative
minimum and maximum stock levels or alternative delivery and
replenishment cycles. In change mode, only those promotions are
displayed that are currently listed, or listed for a future date.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
