Syntax error for view &1 (error message: &2)

What causes this issue?

The program &V1& that was generated for the data view contains a syntax
error: &V2&. The error was found on line &V3& and the key word is &V4&
.
The reason is probably a program error in DART.

Data view cannot be executed.
