Advanced Variant Configuration

While classic Variant Configuration has been a central function in ECC, SAP has introduced Advanced Variant Configuration and declared that this will be the only supported model in the future. This course will explain how to create models in classic (LO-VC) and advanced (AVC) variant configurations and discuss how to use the modeling transactions available in S/4. This course will examine how to build different object dependency types that can be used to dynamically auto-populate and validate combinations of entered characteristic values, and how to pass characteristic values in multi-level structures. Bonus chapter on the integration of VMS and AVC.
