Yes, we do apply support notes. Access users do not get their own S-User, but our helpdesk does have access to one. While we cannot implement all individual OSS notes (there are simply too many of them to do this) we do apply SAP's Hot Packs and other patches. We do this on the first Saturday of every month.
If you have a specific SAP support note you want us to review, please send it to us in an SAP help desk ticket. If the note can be applied automatically, we'll do it for you.
For private SAP Access clients, we can work to apply other notes as well, but fees will apply.
