Unable to delete or cut out line selection element

What causes this issue?

You are editing the column elements of a table control and want to
delete or cut out the line containing the screen element for the line
selection column.

System Response

The system does not permit you to delete the line selection column in
this screen.

How to fix this error?

If you do not want the table control to have a line selection column,
exit the "Table Control Column Elements" screen and go to the "Table
Control Attributes" screen. You can reset the "Line selection column"
attribute there. The system deletes the screen element for the line
selection column when it performs the delete.
