Expanded source element table is empty (target element component &1.&2)

What causes this issue?

An error occurred that has prevented further processing. This is most
likely due to a Customizing error.
The following information should enable a specialist to locate the
problem so that it can be resolved more quickly.
After expansion during container transformation, the source of the
obligatory target element component <ZH>&V1&.&V2&</> is a table without
lines. This table should be converted into an individual element. This
is not possible.
This involved the source element/literal:
<ZH>&V3&</>
Expansion rule:
<ZH>&V4&</>

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?
