Error in date conversion for info structure &1 with preriod grid &2

What causes this issue?

During date conversion of info structure &V1& with period grid &V2& to
the day's date an error occurred.

System Response

The system can not continue processing.

How to fix this error?

Please check the settings of info structure &V1& in Customizing and, if
relevant, the datasets in the active version ("000") of the info
structure as to the correct updating of the relevant date field. You
can reconstruct the datasets using the tools for copy management.
