What causes this issue?

You attempted to transfer settings from the sample Customizing in order
to create or change an analysis structure (segment-level
characteristics, portfolio hierarchies, derivation settings). You do
not have the necessary authorization for this activity.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Ask your system administrator to assign you the necessary authorization
for object J_B_RMCUS1.
