What causes this issue?

One of the following situations has occurred when allocating
<DS:DE.INSTROLE>installation role</> &v2& to <DS:DE.INSTGRTYPE>grouping
type</> &v1&:
The <DS:DE.CONSREL>consumption-relevant</> field is selected, but data
exchange has not been defined.
The <LS>consumption-relevant</> field is not selected but data exchange
has been defined.
The <LS>consumption-relevant</> field contains the value &v3&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
