Job & has no previous jobs

What causes this issue?

The job that you are displaying does not have any predecessor jobs.
If the job was originally scheduled with a predecessor job and the
predecessor is deleted, then the background processing system modifies
the job start specifications. The job has the status unscheduled and
no predecessor job is found.

How to fix this error?
