You can only discard the last shift report

What causes this issue?

In <DS:TRAN.ORPS7>Customizing </>for the shift report type &v1&, it has
been specified that the shift reports must be created without gaps. For
this reason, only the last shift report can ever be discarded.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
