No shift notes can be displayed for work center &1

What causes this issue?

The work center or hierarchy &V1& cannot be used for the search for the
following reasons:
The work center or hierarchy does not exist in the system
No shift note type has been entered in the work center or hierarchy
You have no authorization for this work center or hierarchy
(authorization object C_COCF_SRA or C_COCF_SRH)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
