Function normally not possible (Expert mode)

What causes this issue?

You have created a shift note for the past for instance, although this
is not allowed according to the Customizing settings. You are able to
perform this function because
<DS:TX.36_ERWEITERTE BERECHTIGUNGEN>activity 36</> with extended
authorizations has been assigned to you in the authorization object.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
