What causes this issue?

Marketing project &V1& is also contained in scenario &V2& of scenario
set &V3&. If changes are made in scenario set &V3&, this can cause
implicit changes in your current scenario set. Temporary inconsistencies
can occur when the marketing project is set to active or inactive in the
context of the other scenario set.
The system automatically detects and repairs any inconsistencies the
next time you open the scenario set that contains the inconsistencies.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
