DOCTYP and IDOCTP fields are empty

What causes this issue?

An IDoc is to be generated whose control record does not have
sufficient information in it. Neither the field IDOCTP nor the field
DOCTYP has a value. Therefore, the IDoc cannot be stored properly.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Inform your system administration.
